This policy covers this website only. If we publish a product in future, that product will have its own privacy policy.

Who we are

This website is operated by Continuum Futures Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary company, which trades as Deos Interactive. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company.

Information you send us

The only personal information we collect through this website is information you choose to send us by email. That will usually be your email address, any name you sign off with, and whatever you write in your message.

We use that information for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add it to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, and does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, session recording or fingerprinting of any kind. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Third parties

Two third parties are involved in serving this website, and both necessarily receive technical information about your request:

• Our web host. Like any web server, it processes the network requests your browser makes, which includes your IP address and browser user-agent, and may retain standard server logs for security and operational purposes.
• Google Fonts. The site loads two typefaces from Google's font service. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and user-agent as part of that request. We do not send Google any other information about you, and we receive no information back.

Your email provider and ours will also process any message you send us, in the ordinary course of delivering it.

How long we keep things

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for the matter it relates to, or for as long as we are required to keep it for legal, accounting or record-keeping reasons. After that we delete it. Server logs are retained only for as long as our host needs them for security and operational purposes.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@deosinteractive.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, tell us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site behaves changes — for example if we add analytics or a contact form — we will update this policy and change the date at the top of the page before that change goes live.
